This B&B shade and ornamental shade grower is preparing to hand over production to the next generation. They specialize in trees that do well in northern climates and do an exceptional job with staking leaders and pruning for uniform branching in their focus size range of 2½-4” material. They are also one of the few growers that we would consider buying Gleditsia from because of the work they put into ensuring a straight central leader. Being a smaller grower compared to most field-growing operations, and with a good customer base, this grower consistently sells out of their premium material early each season.  Photos taken late July 2023.
