SALES REPRESENTATIVE
South Riding Nurseries is seeking applicants for an inside sales position for our nursery located in Bristow, VA. Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
- Serve customers by selling landscape products and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales clients.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional associations.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Experience Requirements
- Prior experience in the horticulture industry.
- Two to five years of sales experience.
- Strong written and verbal skills are required.
- Familiarity with MS Office and ability to learn our point of sale system.
