We have been fortunate to grow our business as this container and B&B tree grower in North Carolina has greatly expanded.  With hundreds of acres of trees spread out in several fields, the consistency and quality of this grower has continually improved through the unrelenting hard work of the owners. After 20 years of touring, up to twice a year, I am still amazed at how they pull this off and how much easier my work week, that I thought was “busy”, looks like compared to theirs and the challenges of being a nurseryman. Even more important, they are fortunate to have their next generation involved in the business so they can hand off years of knowledge and work ethic that cannot be learned in a book.
