On 12 July 2019, we were invited to the grand opening of the Cherry Hill Apartment Project in Arlington constructed by the Dittmar Company.  It took 2½ years to tear down the old building and put up this new five-storey building. South Riding started supplying product in October 2018 with shipments of  Techo-Bloc Prescott wallstones and Piedimonte caps, which at 99 pallets is the largest sale in this region year-to-date. We then supplied trees and shrubs which were planted in November and December 2018 by Buxus Landscapes.  We wrapped the job up this spring with final plants and the rain garden.  The new building has mostly three-bedroom units (hard to find in Arlington!) and an underground parking garage.  It’s a state-of-the-art facility in a prime location. The outside boasts some very interesting paver patterns, custom steel art work, a rain garden and full recreational area, including an outdoor fireplace and sitting area.

Come by and see how we can help you with your next landscape project!
